Waiter was odd and started asking for our order before we sat down. Fish sandwich was good. Ham club was good and they added green olives for me. Two big bowls of chili we also very good.
Went for breakfast. Huge variety, and it was great. I had an omelette with fruit and toast. The service was quick and she was really nice. Before I left I bought a giant chocolate chip cookie. The prices were cheap, and the food well worth it!
Very impressed with the service and the food. Everything that we ordered was very good. Would definitely come back and would recommend this place.
Stayed at a nearby hotel and saw the restaurant next door. We were looking for a walking distance place to grab a bite and we were greatly surprised by The Crew! Waitress was helpful and welcoming. Food was great for a great price. We even went back later for their bakery! Would highly recommend.
Excellent service, meal and desserts! Love eating here. We meet with a large group every other month.
Love this place, great for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Great for meetings and family get togethers. Staff is friendly, efficient and serve great food. My gobto place when in Kalamazoo.
Service was great and the desserts are absolutely amazing. We went there for a snack and the portions on the desserts were far more than we expected.
Turkey dinner was spot on right down to the cranberry dressing. We enjoyed the food & friendly staff. Plan to make this a regular stop on our list.
Great place! Coffee pot at the table. Great food! Clean atmosphere. Private setting to eat.
First time visitor. Food was delicious and our server was friendly and fast! Will definitely go again when I visit the area again.
Always good food and helpful people the atmosphere is very relaxed, comfort food, this is a good place to go when you're having a bad day.
The Crew was formerly a Perkins and, according to their menu, was reopened by those workers because they were so tight-knit that they hated to see the restaurant close.
The staff is incredibly friendly and accommodating. We almost always change up the items in our order a little bit and they are always happy to oblige and get it right. The food is great. They are open all day but we often go for breakfast... which could be at 5 p.m. Anywhere that serves all-day breakfast is already on my good side.
I wouldn't say the food is extra remarkable but the quality and taste is solid and the food is always hot and fresh when it comes out. The prices are also very reasonable. One exception... THE PANCAKES. They have the BEST pancakes I've ever had. I don't know if there's some vanilla cake batter in there or what but they are so full-flavored and it is more than just a little vanilla extract in there. I pride myself in having a palate that can pick out subtleties like that but these pancakes elude me. I never get toast as my side here. Pancakes every time.
It is kid-friendly and the clientele (when I've been there) has been primarily senior citizens. That being said, I have learned from experience that seniors know the best places to get breakfast. The decor is... well, basically an old Perkins though a little nicer feeling. Nothing fancy, but nothing awful. Just a comfortable space.
Was recommended a meatloaf special which comes in a very generous, delicious portion. Service and ambiance was great as well.
Excellent food and service. Very pleasant and roomy atmosphere.
Liver and onions were superb. The coconut creme pie was heavenly. Service allowed us to sit and talk. Worth the stop next time we are in Kalamazoo.
Always great service and great food. The deserts are worth a quick trip in even if you aren't having dinner. The open face turkey is my favorite! Keep up the great work guys. Thank you!!
